Just a cheesy postcard shot tonight. But I kinda like it anyway.

I have a small confession to make to my (2) loyal readers. "Peculiar Clouds" is a trick picture. No, its not photoshopped, except that I published it upside-down. It's actually a photo of a reflection in water. The "clouds" are spots of sun on the surface. That's why you can see pebbles in them ;-)

Huddle for Warmth

Poor Daffodils... They've been taking a beating this year. I feel more like a floral war correspondent than an artist this spring. At least you won't have to look at any of the brutally abusive wind (45 mph) photos. (Getting the camera wet is one thing, but *dusty* is another entirely.) For their fragile look, the little flowers have proven remarkably resilient-- sun came out, wind died, and the little guys stood up straight again just like nothing had happened.
